Single-Valve Filler

The manual single-valve filler works well for small plants with limited bottling needs. It can fill up to 5 bottles per minute, and also caps the bottles after filling.

The filler comes in two different models: one for glass bottles, and one for plastic jugs.

Two-Valve Filler

The C-Stainless two-valve filler is a versatile solution for packaging fluid milk into glass bottles or plastic jugs. The filler can accommodate a variety of fluids, including regular milk, flavored milk, egg nog, tea, and more.

The filler interfaces with our bottle conveyors, which can be fully customized to the needs of your plant.

We offer rebuilt Federal fillers for processors who need higher-capacity bottling options. Common sizes are 6-, 7-, 9-, and 12-valve fillers. These high-quality fillers are sometimes available on the used equipment market and can be more cost-effective than a new filler.
