The C-Stainless butter pump improves the quality of your butter and simplifies your packaging process. An air cylinder presses the butter into a progressive-cavity pump, which works out excess buttermilk and wash water. This increases shelf life, improves texture and consistency, and makes better-tasting butter.
After traveling through the pump, the butter is pushed through a stainless steel tube and emerges from a spout at the end of the tube. Joints in the tube allow you to move the spout to the most convenient location to direct butter into molds, sleeves, or the packaging of your choice.
The pump is controlled by a foot pedal, which leaves your hands free for packaging.
